Exclusive multi layer TPU material rim tape. Designed and manufactured specifically for TLR (Tubeless Ready) wheel system, offering outstanding air-tight performance. While also work perfectly with tube type wheel system.
The rim tape just single layer setup, it can resist ultra high pressure up to 200psi! Yet it is soft enough for hand wrapping and require only a floor pump to inflate a tubeless tire.

    USER INSTRUCTION

    1. Please refer to Support > Manuals for more details.
    2. Remove the back paper and apply the tape to the rim bed.
    3. Set the valve hole at 6 o’clock position, start applying from 12 o’clock position.
    4. Align the tape evenly on the rim bed.
    5. Pulling the tape with a little force for a smoother surface.
    6. Overlapping the tape for 3~5cm then cut it. Do not apply multiple layers on one rim.
    7. To further improve the airtight performance, install the tire with inner tube first. Set to 100 psi for 15 minutes.
    8. Remove the inner tube and install the tubeless valve. Add the sealant through the valve hole and inflate the tire. Double check if any air leaking.
    9. Spread even the sealant by flipping the wheel.
    10. Ready to go!

    NOTE

    1. Positioning the tape evenly on the rim bed, both side of the tape need to extend upward to the vertical plane around 1~2mm.
    2. Use our specific rolling presser or plastic material (smooth edge, no sharp contacts) tire lever to press the tape, make it attach firmly to the rim bed and the both side sidewall inner corners.
    3. Applying one layer to the rim bed, overlapping the end to the beginning of the tape 3~5cm then cut off. Do not apply multiple layers on one rim.
    4. Maximum 200 psi.
    5. Overlapping Instruction only print at begining of 1st wheel section, simply do the same for 2nd wheel.
